The next Staffordshire Police Unison Annual General Meeting will be held ONLINE at 1400hrs Wednesday 25th February 2026. Due to ongoing building works at Police HQs and the lack of parking, sadly there will be no in person option. As we have an ever-increasing awareness of sustainability, we will not be printing the AGM booklet, but we will email it over early in the New Year, together with details of how you can attend the online meeting.
Branch Officer Nomination Form
This email is to invite you as a member to submit a nomination form should you wish to stand as a Unison Steward and/or Branch Officer position. If you wish to apply, please complete the relevant nomination form. All Unison activities are done voluntarily in duty time and relevant training will be given.
To apply, please use the relevant attached form. This form must be completed in full by all nominees and once completed return to Claire Bruus (Unison Branch Coordinator) via email :- Claire.Bruus@Staffordshire.Police.UK. Please state the name of your proposer and seconder and copy them in on the email. Your nomination form must be received NO LATER than 0900hrs Friday 9th January 2026 and your email will be classed as the time stamp and signature. If more nominations are received for a particular position a ballot will commence no later than 19th January closing at 0900 hrs on 20th February 2026. The results will be announced at the AGM, and the successful candidate will commence the role from Wednesday 25th February 2026.
